myRENZbox Parcel Box systems require an internet connection to establish a secure network connection between the parcel locker compartments, the myRENZbox mobile app and the online management portal.
The two network connections that are available for myRENZbox systems include a wired ethernet connection and a mobile data sim.
Variety of Network Connections Available
The myRENZbox parcel box system has been designed and developed to work with different network connections including both wired ethernet connections and data sims to suit.
If a project is currently in a construction phase but secure parcel boxes are required prior to ethernet connections being made available, then a data sim can be used at first and then changed to a wired ethernet connection once available.
