There is a payment terminal option available that can be integrated into myRENZbox parcel boxes that allows for payments to be made at the system and processed through a secure connection.

In the myrenz.com portal, users are able to amend their personal details and create new delivery PINs. Management are able to create new users, amend existing users details and remove users, they can monitor the status of the system, see how many parcels are currently in the system and how many compartments are free.
There is no software subscription for the first 2 years. After 2 years, a minimum of a bronze service and maintenance package is required to continue to receive software updates.
The management team of the building are responsible for managing the boxes. SLB are available for queries and system issues, and can assist with troubleshooting.
The myRENZbox App is free on Google Play Store and the App Store.

No, the myRENZbox system dynamically allocates parcelboxes depending on the parcels size.
The management team are able to deliver any parcels without a PIN into the system with their management PIN or fob, provided the resident is registered to the system.
Yes, after you have received a delivery, you will get a push notification through your APP. You can also sign up to email and SMS alerts as well.

Unless you are using touch screen gloves, you will not be able to interact with the screen wearing gloves.

Yes, if you have a parcel that requires collecting, you can use the “Pickup” option in your APP when next to the myRENZbox system.
Any support requests should be submitted to your management team. They will then contact us regarding your issues.
A self-sign link should be sent to you by the management team to register yourself to the system. You will then need to fill in some personal details to then register to the system. You will then need to confirm your account by following the link that is sent to you via email, and create a password. You are then setup on the system.

This will be determined by your management team. If they deem your parcel has been in the system for too long, they will take it out and keep it safely stored until you collect it.
Not to worry, you will typically have at least a few days to collect your parcel.
Your management team will likely take the parcel out for safe keeping so that the compartment can be used for other deliveries. You will get a notification to let you know the management team have removed your parcel.

The parcel will likely be given to the management team/concierge for safe keeping.
Simply go up the system and either open up your APP and select “pickup”, or enter in your personal collection PIN. The compartment door will then open for you to remove your parcel. Then simply close the door and you’re done!
Firstly, make sure that you have notifications turned on, on your device. If they are turned on, then please contact your management team.
You will need to contact the management team of your old building for them to remove you from their system. This will then free up your account to be used in your new building. Simply contact your new management team and ask them for a registration link.
Keep using the system as normal!
You can login to the myrenz.com portal and change your apartment details there. This does not have any effect on your deliveries.

Yes, myRENZbox has been vital during lockdown helping with contactless parcel deliveries.
Call us on 01639 633525 and ask to speak with the parcel team.
Deliver the item to the concierge team where they can then deposit the parcel into the system.
Tap on the Delivery option, then enter in the parcels PIN number. You will then need to select a size compartment to deliver in to. Then the door will open and you can deliver the parcel in to the compartment. Once delivered, confirm you have deposited a parcel then you will get a proof of delivery code. Take a note of this and then the delivery is complete!
